NCO Collections complaint by Livkat
I to have an outstsanding debt that nco is trying to collect. I'm a single parent of two, who is on mat leave currently. Nco has called my place of work and other places to get personal info on me. Last week was the last straw however, I recieved a notice of debt for an overpayment on my ei. I called ei , who gave me the # on my file, which was for nco. I thought it was kind of starnge that this debt went to collections as I never recieved anything prior to this notice. When I called nco, they would not even address the notice of debt letter I recieved. All they were interested in was yelling, and I mean yelling at me about the other debt they had been contacting me about. Why are they allowed to mislead people like this. I truly thought the paper was from the government because of the letter head.

Wah, I am a single mom with two, soon to be 3 kids. Maybe you should focus on getting a job and paying your bills instead of spreading your legs and getting pregnant. Dont blame the bill collectors for your misfortune in life. I dont think that NCO got you knocked up 3 times. Quit whining and strart doing something positive with your life. sounds like you should start by putting kid #3 (and Why do I have a feeling that this is baby daddy #2 too) up for adoption and save him or her from a life in the trailer park ???

Hello

I would just like to say that I understand that you are/were on mat leave, that you are a single mother, etc etc. But I would like to inform you personally that I am an employee at NCO and I know for a fact that they CANNOT under any circumstances use a letterhead other than NCO's on any document they send to consumers. Its illegal and its going against the FDCPA. Think twice before lying. And, we don't just start yelling at people off the bat. We get angry when we are disrespected for doing nothing but our job. It is YOUR fault that you are in debt, you owe US money once that debt hits collections, and *** straight, we will do what it takes to get our money, because we are also humans, and we have children to support. (I'm ALSO a single mother). Yes, collecters are annoying, but if you would just pay your bills, then they wouldn't have to call you. Thanks! Have a nice day!
