NCO Collections complaint by Unionmaid

NCO was given my amex bill for collection by mistake and they will not recognized that fact. I have proved it and now they are harrassing my neighbors. In an effort to gain access to my telephone number they somehow contacted the previous owner of my house- I have no Idea how and are still harrassing me. I have spoken to AMEX and have an agreement but this NCO company will not let it go. I cannot afford a lawyer, and the debtor is satisfied with the terms, why do they keep trying to obtain something that is settled. HELP

If you have anumber to NCO, then call AMEX and talk to the credit department and ask them to Conference a call with you to NCO. AMEX can talk to the rep at NCO and let them know that the case has been solved by AMEX.
